But maybe you're trying to mount it on a modern Mac OS which may put up such warnings (and don't mean anything relevant to the target system).You should have extracted this.cdr from the zip download using OS X's built-in zip utility. Mac os x cheetah dmg download.

I am a bit confused with finding any VST plugins for the Cyberlink WaveEditor.
Is there a specific link or product that I can download that you are using that would work with WE?
I can edit and add VST effects with Reaper or Audacity but wanted to have the convenience of having certain VST effects available in the WaveEditor as well.

As far as I know, this hasn't been raised much in the forum so there's not a great wealth of knowledge & experience to draw on here.

Personally I haven't done enough testing of VST plug-ins in Wave Editor or Audio Director to offer much advice - except to say that some work very well & some aren't worth the bother. I believe that's what Barry was asking in that thread.. but we have a bit of a lack of information on the topic.
